Ceramic film eliminates that glare, protects your dashboard and upholstery, and keeps cabin temperatures manageable without blocking phone or GPS signals.

  • 99% UV rejection — protects interior from fading
  • Up to 60% heat rejection on ceramic film
  • No interference with GPS, cell signal, or CarPlay
  • Low-angle Alaska summer sun glare eliminated
  • Security film holds glass together on break-in attempts

The sun in Anchorage at summer solstice is in the sky for 22 hours — including 10+ hours at dangerously low angles.

Window tint isn't just aesthetic in Alaska. Low-angle glare on the Parks Highway and Seward Highway is a documented accident contributor. Properly installed tint with anti-glare properties is a safety upgrade that also protects your vehicle's interior from UV damage.

Window Tint
FAQ

What are Alaska's legal window tint levels?
Alaska law requires front side windows to allow at least 70% light transmission. Rear side windows and the rear window can be any darkness. The windshield can have a top AS-1 line strip. We always install Alaska-legal tint — we won't put you at risk for a fix-it ticket.
What is ceramic window film and why is it better?
Ceramic film uses nano-ceramic particles instead of dye or metal. It blocks 99% of UV rays and up to 60% of solar heat without using metallic layers that block GPS and cell signals. It also won't purple or fade over time like dyed film does.
Will tint look bubbly after installation?
During the curing process (3–5 days), tint may appear slightly hazy or have small water bubbles. This is completely normal and clears as the adhesive cures. If bubbles remain after 5 days, contact us — it's covered under warranty.
Do you do fleet tinting for businesses?
Yes. We offer fleet pricing for businesses tinting 3 or more vehicles. We can match exact darkness levels across your entire fleet for a consistent look. Fleet jobs are typically scheduled to minimize vehicle downtime.
How long does window tinting last?
Quality film professionally installed lasts 10–15 years. Cheap film turns purple, bubbles, and peels within 2–3 years. All our film comes with a manufacturer's warranty against defects — lifetime on ceramic film.
