Terms of Service

1. Services

Hillside Audio Alaska provides professional vehicle electronics installation services including, but not limited to: remote start systems, car audio, LED lighting, vehicle security, marine electronics, and truck accessories. All services are performed at our Anchorage, AK facility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided via phone, email, or our website are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual vehicle inspection and unforeseen complexity
• Parts availability and substitutions
• Additional labor required beyond the original scope

We will notify you of any material changes to pricing before proceeding with additional work. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

3. Appointments and Vehicle Drop-Off

By scheduling an appointment and leaving your vehicle, you authorize Hillside Audio Alaska to perform the agreed-upon work. You represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or have authorization from the owner to authorize the work.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions on vehicles left in our care. We recommend documenting the condition of your vehicle before drop-off.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved financing
• Deposits may be required for special-order parts or large projects
• Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Special-order parts that have been ordered for your installation are non-refundable unless defective.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hillside Audio Alaska's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Loss of use of your vehicle
• Pre-existing vehicle defects or issues
• Damage caused by third parties after installation

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Anchorage, Alaska.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
